Pages Not Found Not catching all 404s

    It has come to my attention that the “pages not found” section, is not catching all 404s.
    In most cases I only see them in crawler section, when I go actively look for them and it has been ips that are trying to poke around for plugins, modules, php extensions, etc – I USED to see these hack attempts in the “pages not found” section – but not now…

    I am verifying with my redirection tool – I can see all 404’s there.
