Pages not autopopulating after activation

    I just tried to activate theme my login after an initial issue with setup the first time. When it activates it’s supposed to create some login/logout register and forgot password pages. It did this the first time and after deactivating, deleting, deleting the extra pages, and reactivating the plugin, these pages no longer auto pop. I’ve tried to reinstall the plugin numerous times with no change. Now that they no longer autopop, the shortcode just keeps users in a login loop where it asks the math question.

    You’ll also need to delete the plugin options from the database. The key is theme_my_login in the wp_options table.
