Pages loading as https

Hi,

I have your plugin installed and a Cloudflare page rule for a single page on my site to be redirected to https.

This page works fine, but I can see that while on this page, all of the links and menu items have had the https:// replaced with https://

When I click on one of these links, I get a page with the content present, but the formatting stripped out.

Is it possible to use your plugin for a single page rather than an entire site? or do you know how I can get around this?
