pages including forms not displaying / very slow

hey, awesome plugin – works well so far with only one bug: all pages that contain a form don’t display or display only very slowly.
for example
https://china-aupairs.com/about/contact/ or
https://china-aupairs.com/au-pair-in-china/au-pair-application/same on our second site (sema setup with same theme, plugins etc) which is in chinese.
any idea?
