Pages in right side block

  • Hi,
    I’m new to this but need some help.
    I’m using Mike Littles Journalised Winter theme.
    I’ve created a Navigation block for the Right Sidebar and added a page to it but that page also appeared in the Left Side bar.
    How do I stop the page from being added to the leftside bar?
