Previously I developed the site on one of subfolder (/wpmu/) on site.
After completing the developement I transferred the site to root.
I am facing two problems now,

    1. Network admin settings not accessible :
I can login to basic dashboards but once I try to access any network admin links such as Network dashboard, Sites etc.., I am getting logged out.
[Ex. When I try to access yourdomain.com/wp-admin/network , I am getting logged out.]
I have checked & rechecked the ‘site_admins’ entry in ‘_sitemeta’ table but it isn’t working.

    Here is my site_admins entry : a:1:{i:0;s:7:”bcadmin”;}

    2. All of the page URl’s on main blog are getting redirected to root url.

All of the page URL’s on main blog are getting redirected to home URL.
[Ex. ww.example.com/about-us is getting redirected to https://www.example.com]

When I changed permalinks to default , All pages are accessible but once switch back to other permalink structure it gets redirected to Home URL.

For both of the issues I have checked the .htaccess & wp-config.php for any errors but couldn’t get to the root of the problems.

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi Mika,

    Thank you for replying.

I was trying to transfer the multisite from subfolder to root. I used the script for changing the database & it was giving the above mentioned problems.

    But I resolved it myself.
I manually changed the database as mentioned on your site & It worked.
My bad, I forgot to mark this topic as resolved.

    Cheers,
    Vik
