Pages and posts exist but not available at URLs

    I restored my WP to a new host (joshuafox.com).

    All pages and posts show their correct full text in the Edit view, but none of the links (including the exact URL shown in the edit view) works. Even if I edit the URL in the Edit view, pages and posts are inaccessible.

    Media is accessible, e.g this. The domain has not changed.

    How do I fix this so that the pages are accessible?
