• Of my website (link is added to this post), not all pages show up in Google Search. The only pages that can be found are my homepage, the disclaimer and privacy statement. All other pages, even though they were added weeks ago, don’t show up in a Google search.

    1. Why don’t these pages show up?
    2. What do I do to fix it?

Thanks a lot for any help!

  • Hi @letsdothepenguin

There could be various reasons why your other pages are not showing up in Google searches. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

    1. Check the crawl status of your pages in Google Search Console. If the pages are blocked by robots.txt or have noindex tags, they may not be getting crawled and indexed by Google.

    2. Ensure that your pages are linked to other pages on your website and that they are easy to find by users and search engines. This will help Google discover your pages more efficiently.

    3. Include descriptive and relevant titles and meta descriptions for your pages. This will help attract users to click on your pages from the search results.

    4. Utilize header tags (H1, H2, etc.) to indicate the hierarchy of your content and make it easier for users and search engines to understand the structure of your pages.

    5. Create and submit a sitemap to Google. This will help Google discover and crawl your pages more efficiently.

    6. Incorporate keywords relevant to your pages in the content of your pages and the titles and descriptions. This will help Google understand the content of your pages and how they should be ranked in the search results.

I hope these suggestions help! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    hi @letsdothepenguin

Has your website been linked to the Google search console?

With the google search console, you can check for errors and why your page isn’t indexed yet.

If there is an error, you must fix the page and validate the fix so that Google can recrawl the page.
