• Last time I worked on my website https://www.atiu-gourmet-coffee.com/, I had downloaded a WP e-commerce plugin to create an online shop with which I had problems and therefore did not finish working with it. I got back to the site after a longer absence to add a new post. I found that I could only open the preview of one page. When I click on the menu to get to other pages, the URL changes, however the page that appears on the screen doesn’t. When I am in editing mode, I can see the correct page contents only, if I access the page via Dashboard.

I also observed that when looking at the menus on the Dashboard, only the “News” page shows an URL – all other pages do not have any field for URLs.

I deactivated the WP e-commerce plugin, but there was no change to the problem. After contacting my web host Bluehost, I know that it is not a server-related problem. I have not yet made a backup (don’t quite know how) and I guess doing so now would not be a good idea, as I might copy the mistake with it. Can you please help me with relevant information to get my website working again? I’m not a webdeveloping expert, so please make it easy to understand.

    Andrea

  • Hi, the best way to start is to deactivate all plugins and to switch to twenty eleven theme, create a new page and see if it’s ok, the old pages might have errors so check the new one first and then the old ones, let us know how things are after this.

I’m having the same problem as Andrea after installing WP e-commerce plugin. I tried the fix that jnhghy mentioned but it didn’t work for me. Here’s the site: https://www.ronisclosette.com Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chad
