    Hello everybody!

A greeting to all the colleagues and partners from this forum.

From some days ago my website has problems. In my header page I don’t have any errors, but when I select a secondary page from the menu, instead of loading the normal page, this page appears first:

And when I click “agree” this other page appears that has absolutely nothing to do with my website:

I have been told that it is a permalink related error, so I click “save” again in the “permalinks” section of my desktop and it is temporarily fixed, but after a few hours the same problem appears again . I have changed the structure of the permanent links several times “numeric”, “post name”, “custom structure”… but the problem is temporarily solved and after a few hours the same thing happens again.

Lately I have observed that I do not need to enter the permalink area, simply by identifying myself in the “wp-admin” and entering in my desktop it is solved, but again onlu temporarily.

Someone told me that it could be a plugin, but I have about 40 installed and it is difficult to know which one could be the cause, if it is a plugin at all.

My idea is to solve the problem permanently, once for all, because I can’t spend every moment checking if my website is working fine or not.

I appreciate any help or comments!

    Thanks very much!

  • I can’t see the cookie banner/popup. I guess the plugin is already deactivated. If you want to find out which plugin caused some trouble, just use the official Troubleshooting plugin.

    Hello @davelo !

Thanks again! I have installed that plugin and I saw the plugin “amr-shortcode” was giving a problem and I have deleted it.

Also I saw I have this problem:

I do not know if it is connected, or not, with my original problem, so I want to solve it to see it.

How can I solve it? Do you have any idea?

    Greetings!

Hi, are you referring to the unauthentification notification?
You can ignore that. Some security plugins mentions this as an ‘issue’, others don’t. I guess there is still some debate, but from what i am aware of; it’s not immediatly a major problem.
