Pages being redirected for no reason

I’m panicking like crazy, but I’ll try and be concise:

I have a couple of pages on my website that are redirecting for no apparent reason. For example I have a page ‘contact’ which exists as a page in my list of pages in the dashboard (I’ve checked), but the address is being redirected to a sub-page/contact.

I have no idea why. It is also happening with another page:

I cannot work out why. Any help would be amazingly gratefully received!
