Pages aren't showing up

– You need to create a page from wp-admin->Pages and assign your template as the “Template”. Until you do that, WordPress won’t know where to find the “page” or won’t know what to do with the request

I did not create this theme. it’s an existing theme.

I was using “default template,” which is what I did on another site using the same theme. Just now I changed it to another template, and it still didn’t work.

I’m not understanding what you mean about calling the footer. Is that a PHP thing? Again, I haven’t touched the PHP. I’m using an existing theme.

I’m having a similar problem. I’m using an existing theme and it uses a widget “top banner”.

When I create the top banner posts, they all show up fine on the home page, but when I try to view their link, it looks for them in a folder “ban” on the site. There is not a folder “ban” so, of course, the link is dead.

The theme is called parabola and it is free, not commercial. Thus, why I have posted here.

Are you meaning I should have used the “support” button on the theme page? Honestly, I thought I had. But I can now see that I haven’t. I will post it over there now.
