• Hi,

I have this website in 3 languages. If I disable Wordfence free plugin (but keep all data and tables) I get a “nothing found” on all Italian pages (except Homepage). Italian is the first language. Pages are correctly displayed in the dashboard > Pages and I can open them, the Italian menu is fine, but if navigating the website they’ve “nothing found” on them.

Other languages (French and English) display fine.

What’s the matter? I cannot reply the issue now because if I do so the website is online but pages are not visible, which is very bad for my client. But I can give you temporary admin access so you can try and see yourself.

    Thanks for any help

Hi @aledelpupland, thanks for your message.

Unfortunately we can’t ask for access to customer sites with the free version of the plugin. If the Italian language site doesn’t work with Wordfence disabled as suggested above, I don’t see what about the plugin would be preventing that version from loading as its scripts won’t be executing even if the data is present in the database. Is this suggesting that the Italian language works when Wordfence is enabled?

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Hi,

yes, what I’m saying is that the Italian language?works?when Wordfence is?enabled. I know it sounds strange but the website works just fine (Italian, English and French, homepage and other pages). You can navigate it yourself to check. And Wordfence is enabled now. If I disable Wordfence plugin (keeping data and tables), Italian homepage works whereas other pages are blank (they have just the header and the footer). They show NOTHING FOUND on them and I cannot edit them with Elementor because they have no content on them. If I enable Wordfence plugin again, they work fine.

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks
