Pages and Posts won't loaf

Hi, I recently re-installed WordPress after a crash. The home page loads properly and the admin panel works correctly as well, However, pages and single blog posts will not load. When I click on a post title to go to the post or if I click a link to a certain page the browser simply fails to load as if the file doesn’t exist. I have tried deleting and re-creating pages and it doesn’t help. I really hope to get this fixed as I’m hoping to use wordpress as a home page eventually. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance.

Before you ask:
Yes I’ve tried disabling and re enabling plug-ins etc.
Yes I’ve tried the default theme.
Yes my blog is self hosted.
