Pages and Posts do not display in admin area
-
Hi there. I’m having an unusual problem:
My client was recently updating a bunch of pages on the WordPress site I manage for her, and suddenly she was no longer able to see posts and pages in the Admin area.
We both have Administrator access but when we log in to the admin area, and click Pages or Posts, I get a “no posts found” or “no pages found” message, even though the Post count is there. It looks like this:
Posts
All (628) | Published (620) | Drafts (8)
No posts foundI thought things might have gone wrong during her updates, so I restored the database backup from last week (before this problem started), but the data recovery had no effect on the issue.
I also found that (even though I’m still an Administrator on the site) I suddenly have no access to a few of the Admin control panels such as the plugin control panel under Settings > WordPress Backup. When I click there I get a message that says, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks,
Christiann
