Pages and Posts Difference

  • Hi, Im just new to wordpress or I may say to blogging. WordPress is the one I choosed because of its flexibility and user friendly (according to forums I visited).

    I am on my 1st step in creating a blog when I came across this Post and Pages, what are the difference for this two?
