Pages and Media disappeared

  • Hello, some of the website pages and some media files were disappeared even though no one made any changes to the site. Pages were under trash so I could republish them but the media files are gone.

    1- How can I find the media files?
    2- The buttons and some elements are not visible on mobile anymore. Why could this be?

  • hi when this happens to me it’s usually that the server ran out of space.
    first thing to check.
    I can’t tell you how many times I’ve run into an issue like this and it was just that I filled up my hosting space.
    I would try that first.

    We called the hosting company and it doesn’t seem to be the issue. I’m just out of ideas. Pages, media and some codes for mobile are gone.
