pages and blog

  • how do i get a website running with wordpress whereby i can have a website with pages and my blog as a sepearate link?

    i followed the wordpress directions on static pages and a blog template but all my blog links for categories and archives went awry.

    for some reason my image links failed too.

    is it best to just forget pages and use wordpress as a blog only?
