pages added to menu

    Hi Please can you help me. I have accidentally added a new page to my site when I meant to add a post. For some reason this page title has also been added to my top bar menu (in the menus section- automatically add new pages to to top bar menu was ticked- maybe this was why). I can send the page to trash but the title is remaining on my menu bar- how do I get rid of it?
