Page/Post-specific blocking

I also would like to see this option. In the settings page I see a radio button for specific content but it does not appear to do anything. Checking it allowes access to the entire site.

Great plugin though, if I check the whole site option it does exactly what I needed it to do.

As of version 0.2, you do have the ability to block specific posts/pages. bgoes, you’re halfway there:

1. In the Age Verify settings, set the “Require verification for” radio button to “Specific content.”
2. Then go in to edit the post or page you want to block. On the right-hand site, directly above the Publish/Update button, you’ll see a checkbox labeled “Require age verification for this content”. Simply check that box, and that specific post/page will require age verification.

Only the posts/pages that have this box checked will require the age verification.

Can this work with YouTube videos embedded in certain posts? I’d like to use it for game trailers rated M for mature.

You can use the steps I outlined above for whichever post has the video embedded.

So I installed the plugin for the above reason to age gate some posts. I set the check box and selected the correct settings, but the age check doesn’t pop up. However if I set it to require age verification for the entire site it works fine.

Can you provide a URL to the site in question?

Only question is I want to block certain pages. Will this plugin ask for the age on loading the main site? For the first time people loading my website.

Never mind I installed the plugin and seen the settings in the admin page how to only set it to post or pages.

So far Great plugin.

I would like to see integration of Facebook or Google + so it will pull their real age..lol.

I had to deactivate it started prompting the age gate for posts not selected. I’ll upload it to my test site and post a link.

Ok I installed the plugin on my test site. I tried applying the verify to an old post and even tried making a new post to see if that made a difference and it didn’t. The only way to have the prompt occur is to set it to site wide.

And FYI I really like the plugin when it works, I noticed all the meta info is still intact and the page is there so google and other bots should have no crawling issues.

Hi, I see this is kind of old now, but https://fashionsend.com/adult/ is check marked as directed above in the comments. However, I and others can click on it and see the page says “Coming soon” without entering an age. Thankfully, it only says that for now.
Is there any fix?
