pageok and xml-rpc

  • I’ve read numerous posts regarding the sitewide pageok error/string and GoDaddy hosting (please, nobody give me grief about using GoDaddy). My issue is slightly different. I am getting the string returned, but only using xml-rpc to post from a desktop app.

    I understand GoDaddy’s issues with the DNS being “mis-pointed” in the sitewide cases, but this seems to be isolated to xmlrpc.php.

    Can anyone explain to me why the DNS error would crop up when the xml-rpc handler is invoked?
