PageLines / Theme script conflict(s)

My PageLines theme uses # for tabbing shortcodes within the page and when this plugin is active, neither their tabs nor your scrolling work. To see the tabs in action, you can visit https://demo.pagelin.co.in/framework/tools/ and scroll down to “Tabs – a hoarder’s delight”

Any workaround for this?
