• My site’s mobile responsiveness is completely off. I’m still learning how to design web pages, so it’s probably an operator error, but I have no idea how to fix it. I’ve tried adjusting the breakpoint, I’ve tried adjusting margins and padding in the rows and columns. I have no idea what the deal is. It even looks different on safari vs. chrome on the same phone. Please help!

    Hello @vibr8marketing ,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay in response.

We understand you’re facing mobile responsiveness issues with your website. While it can be a bit challenging, here’s a quick solution to get started:

    1. Check Device Preview: First, use the device preview mode in your page builder to see how your site looks on different devices (e.g., mobile, tablet). This helps identify specific issues.
    2. Adjust Elements: Go through your website’s elements (rows, columns, widgets) and ensure they have responsive settings enabled. This typically includes adjusting margins, padding, and font sizes for smaller screens.
    3. Browser Compatibility: It’s normal for sites to display differently on various browsers, like Safari and Chrome. Make sure your site looks acceptable on both.
    4. Testing: Finally, test your site on actual mobile devices to see how it behaves in real-world scenarios.

If you continue to face issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at https://pagelayer.deskuss.com/ for more detailed assistance.

    Best regards,
    Pagelayer Team
