RE: I would like to know if your plugin works with PageLayer editor

I’ve not heard of PageLayer Editor until your post.

I’ve reviewed their documentation, they do seem to support shortcodes:

You should be able to use the [connections] shortcode without issue:

If you are asking if Connections has a PageLayer Editor widget, then, sorry, no, there is no widget. Connections supports the WordPress Block Editor; there are no plans, at this time, to support the block/widgets on other page builders. I those cases, the shortcode can be used, which will be supported into the foreseeable future.

RE: how make visibile more contacts

The shortcode will disable as many Entries as you add to your directory (based on their set visibility status when adding the Entry.

RE: if a select “2 in a row” the third doesn’t appear below.

Sorry, I am not sure what you are referring to. It sounds like you might be attempting to apply a PageLayer Editor visual setting to Connections. Its visual settings should/will not apply to Connections.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Steven,
thanks a lot for your reply, useful!

Have another issue: once I publish the contacts (generated with your plug in) is there a way to use category (by visitors) to easily surf among them?

Eg. when you enter in trip advisor, you see all restaurants, hotels, cafes nearby, but if you select “restaurants” you will see only that category.

    Is that possible?
I have understood that you could do while you build the page (to define which categories are enabled) but I was wondering if this might be done by readers.
    Thanks again,
    Paola

to add a category filter, you’ll need one of the premium templates. They all include the category filter. here’s the link:

I hope this helps! Please let me know. Thanks!
