Paged=2 not showing older posts

I’m having some problems with the “paged=2” content from my site. It seems to be a problem within the pages that I’ve created custom categories (category-2.php) within my theme.

Works fine:

• Page 1 https://wbjb.org/home.php/home.php
• Page 2 https://wbjb.org/home.php/home.php?paged=2

Does not work:

• Page 1 of CAT4 https://wbjb.org/home.php/?cat=4
• Page 2 of CAT4 https://wbjb.org/home.php/?cat=4&paged=2
