Page wont display ?,?,? ( instead puts ? )but will display ?,?

Hi,

I am using translatepress plugin for croatian language and for some resons it puts ? in places of ?,?,? signs but the ?,? works normaly.

We never had problems for any sites for croatian language with thiss plugin untill now.

We tryed unninstaling and reinstaling but it doesnt work still.
Need help fixing this.
