Page w/list of courses? Course page w/units?

A couple of things please:
1.) I would like to have a page, not a widget, simply listing all courses, ideally with descriptions, and even the units/chapters. Is this possible – or do I need to use other plugins?
2.) Are there landing/main pages for each course ideally with generated/imported displays of descriptions, and lists of included units? Is this possible – or do I need to use other plugins?
These may already be part of the main plugin or in one of the added plugins – or done in some way through WP, if so please let me know and I will figure it out. I am terrible at visualizing, and likely missed it in the descriptions? It is no reflection upon your documentation, which is thorough.
