Page within a page accident now causing looping error

    I have a large form (nearly 15 pages) which around page 10 I have accidently inserted a page within a page and now after making any changes and saving it kicks me straight off the page.
    I cannot delete the page in a page either the outer or inner page or add or delete any fields as it just kicks me back to main admin page when I hit submit.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    In the backend when you hit save button please right click > inspect element > console and see here what errors you get, it’d be great to send us the screenshot where we can see the errors.
    You can also turn to your hosting provider to provide you with PHP error log, please then share it with us.
    If you have an issue with front end submit button, then please try to deactivate your plugins one by one to see which one gives the conflict.
