Page will not change

    I have a page that will not make the most recent changes live. When you go to edit the page or view the page from the dashboard area, the changes are made. When you pull up the website the recent update for this page do not show up. I have deleted and recreated the page. When I remove the page from the main menu and reload the site, the page is still showing up in the menu. HELP!
