Page W/ One Category of Posts

If the category in question is category id 7, then create a template file category-7.php with the normal loop. For example, with the WordPress Default Theme, you could copy archive.php to category-7.php.

Thank you for not saying “look it up all this info is on our website” every time I make a post here. There is just so much info in there that it’s easy to get overwhelmed and overlook things

Ok I copied category.php and renamed it to category-10.php and it now lays in my templates in wp-content/themes/flower, how do I link it so someone can access the page?
https://www.sugar-buzz.net/category-10.php gives me a 404 error and https://www.sugar-buzz.net/wp-content/themes/flower/category-10.php gives me a PHP error.

When you click on a Category 10 archive link say from your sidebar, WordPress will automatically use that template. It is not something you would put in your browser bar.

I want to have a link to that category on this page https://www.sugar-buzz.net/stuff/ right after Recommendations so what would I put for the link to show up?

Oh I see what you want, now. I guess you could use the same link that is presented by that Category that’s under your Category section off to the left there.

<?php wp_list_cats(); ?> is the code that outputs the list of categories, how would I edit that line of code so it would show the category I want (category name being stock photos)

I used this line of code but since I am using this plugin https://ryowebsite.com/?cat=11 to keep this category from showing on the archives page the link doesn’t show up. How would I keep this category from showing on the archives page without that plugin?

Why not use the similar logic you use on your index page to exclude categories?

I’m good at confusing people especially when I am confused. You’re right just use that line to exclude that category from showing up on side but that category will still show up in the monthly archives page. So what I should have asked is how do I keep that category from showing up on the monthly archives page. https://www.sugar-buzz.net/2007/06/
