Page updateing

    I run a radio station using a cyberchimps theme on the .org wordpress. My hosts are Powweb.com.
    I have a plugin that shows my dj on air when its time to be on air. If I press F5 the page will update but if I dont the page will remain the same. I think it affects my audio also but I am not sure on that.
    Any help please?

    My audio was set to autoplay. After a while the audio will stop and start uncontrollably until the page is refreshed (F5). Playing the audio in an external player is fine going on for many hours unhindered
