Page update and Preview Changes returns "Ooops, page not found"

  • If there are characters such as “<“, “>” or “&” in my post or page, whenever I pressed the Preview Changes or Update button, WordPress will return a “Ooops, page not found” error.

    Downgrading the WordPress version and disabling all plugins does not help.

    Anyone has any idea what is the problem? Is this problem related to my website host provider because I did not have this issue previously.
