    Hi,

I love your table and thank you very much for creating it. I know this topic has been addressed in the past, but I see there was no resolution at that time and was wondering if your new version (2.0) will help with it. I have literally been several days now trying to update (override) letters A-Z in my “List of Children” on my website with new data. There are several thousand names under each letter. I keep getting the dreaded “Page unresponsive” message.

Thanks so much. I’m hoping for good news regarding this being addressed in the new version.

    Hi Tobias,

Thanks for your continued help on this. I’ll try it again today and take a screen shot of the error page. If I recall it wasn’t the typical 404 Not found error, but simply said something like “Oops. Page not find found. Try searching another way, etc.” I was able to load letters B and H, which previously had to be split in two. “B” has 7,732 rows and “H” has 6,379 rows. The last two letters that I’m having trouble with are M and S. M has 10,232 rows and S has 8,950. It’s almost as if there’s a certain threshold where one runs into trouble, but I just don’t know. I assume you haven’t had other reports of people having similar issues with that many rows?

I just tried loading letter M over the existing letter A and it didn’t work again. I took screen shots, but I don’t see a way to upload them here. Is there a way to get these to you? I didn’t want to leave it disabled on my website so I quick reloaded letter A.

    Hi,

ok, then your server is apparently using custom error messages. Let’s look at that directly, I’ll check your screenshots that you sent by email and reply to that.

    Regards,
    Tobias
