Page Unresponsive error

  • The functions are excellent, but I get a “Page Unresponsive” error whenever I try to make a selection in the widget dialogue. I choose “wait” and it eventually opens, but frustrating. I bought the premium version so I could open support tickets, but they were not able to help.

    Hi @nesdon , We are working on the updates to address Widget page’s unresponsiveness. This usually happens if we have a lot of active widgets or too many taxonomies to process.

    I don’t seem to have any freezing anymore! Thanks. Tho I have to use 4.6.14 extended, with the 3.9.2 I can’t find the “page +/-” function. It says “type at least three characters to initiate the search” and a box with my previously selected pages, but no text entry or check box to edit the list.

    The version 3.9.3 is up now, which contains the necessary fixes related to page visibility search. To ensure a smooth update, it is crucial to first remove the previous version, clear the cache for your website and hosting, and then proceed with the installation and activation of version 3.9.3.
