Page to show only once, maybe with cookies?

Hi

i am implementing a sales funnel for a client of mine. He wants to introduce some scarcity to his offer, so he wants to create a page where prospects go to purchase his services.

Since he is a very honest guy, he wants to add true scaricity therefore since the promotion lasts 24 hours since the access, if the prospect sees that page after 24 hours the offer is not there anymore and he has to pay the full price.

I am not sure how to implement this, i was thinking about using a cookie based solution.. but i don’t know how.

Anyone can help me?
