    Hello.
    1) If you just need to set lower user role for the managing of the bookings, then you can set it at the General Booking Settings page in right side of this page at “User permissions for plugin menu pages” section. You can set that even subscriber can access to the Booking Listing page and can see and manage the bookings. But its means that all WordPress users will see the same booking admin panel and the same bookings.

    2) If you need to have the different admin booking panels for the different WordPress users, then you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

In the this version possible that each registered WordPress user (owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own bookings and some other settings (other owner will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Also each owner (user) will receive and configure the own emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Also please note, that the each owner (WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo and check info about this version here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#multiuser

Please read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version:https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/

    Hi,

I bought multiuser version of Booking calendar, and i dont understand how to access admin panel for a user with his own calendar.

I have a ressource assigned to that user, i have activated the user, but when i launch htp://musite/wp-admin/ i connect with that user, i don’t have the admin panel.

Is there a special link to access that admin panel?

Fyi, i set his role to Calendar Contributor.

    Regards,

    Hello.
Please read firstly this instruction about initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/

Then please log in into the admin panel, as “Super booking admin” user.
Open the General Booking Settings page and in the right side at the “Permission section” please set correct user “roles” for access to the booking admin panel. You can set to all admin menu pages user role as “subscriber” later you can change it, if you will need this.

Then open the Booking > Settings > Users page, anc activate (if you do not activated yet) booking admin panel for specific WordPress User.

Now yo can log off and log in as that specific “Regular user”. You have the be able to access to the booking admin panel. Now, you can create the booking resources (while you logged in as this Regular User”, and then insert the booking form for this booking resource into the post or page. By doing this, you will have this booking resource(s) belong to this specific user.

If you will have any other questions, please contact the support of plugin here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/contact/ This forum is only abut support of Booking Calendar free version.
    Kind Regards.
