Page "Titles" STOPPED updating in Header bar…

Hi Group ! Twentyfourteen Theme… new install… been working for the last few days ok..

Page “Titles” STOPPED updating in Header bar…
I am new to WordPress but have a handle on some of this but this has stumped me… and I searched a bunch today.

I wasn’t doing any exotic editing of the templates… just learning how to do some simple things like set the grid layout.. the basics.

For example… I went to add some new pages… they didn’t show in the Header bar area..
I delete one Page named “Music|RockN’Roll|Blue Grass|Jazz” The page got deleted but the Title Name “stayed/stuck” in the Header Bar.
If you clicked on the “dead” title still on the bar… error 404.
I then Restored the deleted “Music|RockN’Roll|Blue Grass|Jazz“
page from trash. It came back.
I then tried to rename it… the name changed in the Dashboard/Pages area, but Not in the Header Bar. The wrong name in the Header Bar was successfully clickable.

I tried to add some other pages but the same thing and the Page “Titles” didn’t get added to the Header Bar, and the old wrong name still exists.
For example “Music|RockN’Roll|Blue Grass|Jazz” should now be “MUSIC TYPE”
