Page titles?

The titles certainly look different to me. You should probably report the problem to WooRank:

What they say is wrong is that the names of the pages are, for example: Top Ten Facts about Chihuahuas/Your Pets Universe
All of the titles appear with the slash and Your Pets Universe after it. I think that’s why they’re saying it’s all the same. I wonder if there’s a setting that makes the name of the site appear after each title.

You’d modify that somewhere in your theme’s Header template at Appearance/Editor in your admin panel.

Like I said, there’s really nothing wrong there. I think the issue is with the WooRank tool.
