Page title still showing

currently, in your site under the static page that is your homepage, dose the “Show page title?” check-box checked or not?

also, let’s test to see if it’s a theme issue:
try to switch to one of the default themes (twentyXX) and let me know if this fixes it.

My Show page title? check-box is unchecked.

Page title disappeared after I switched to theme Twenty Thirteen.

It is probably a theme issue.

Hi JR-WP,
my best guess is that the theme you got doesn’t get the title via WP built-in internal functions (the_title() or wp_title() or $post_id->post_title and so on).

my plugin will only work on this.

you’re best bet will be to contact the theme creator and ask him about it. (i think if you bought & purchased a them then you are entitled for support. as far as i can see you do it through here)
