Page Title showing on Homepage

In WordPress/Pages click on your Home page (not Edit under the page name). On the Edit page scroll down to OceanWP settings. On the Title tab choose Disable.

There is no more OceanWP settings. I remember the old WordPress used to have them, but now all I am shown when I scroll down is my Yoast SEO plugin settings.

I added the CSS code:
.page-id-12 .page-header-title{
display:none;
}

into my Additional CSS code, it removed the page title on my home page, but now I am left with an ugly black border underneath my menu, the same colour as my menu which I cannot remove.
Any idea what this extra surface is and how to remove it, maybe it was responsible for the page title?

Ok so when I click the unknown black border in Inspect, I am shown that it is:

Did you install Ocean Extra plugin? OceanWP settings metabox works when you have this plugin activated.

Go to customize > general options > page title and select hidden from the style dropdown.
