    Hello,

Is there any way to handle the text of page title of a single ticket?

In the view page (user frontend) of a ticket, the tab title shows the title of the ticket but the page title shows “Title Page”.
As I see, every page that has created from a ticket produces page title like “Page Title” and this page can’t edited from somewhere.

Please show me a way to name every single ticket page with the title of the ticket like the tab title.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi:

I don’t believe we understand the issue. On the front-end the browser tab title takes on the name of the ticket title. ON the back-end the browser title is “edit ticket”. I don’t see any tab that says “title page”.

But, chances are if you’re looking to do anything with changing those tab titles you’ll have to dive in and make some custom code changes to the plugin – there is no configuration option that allows you to control those titles.

What’s the use case for changing those titles? The tickets are all private so they’re not going to be indexed in search engines.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I am talking about page title of a single ticket page.

Especially, if I open a ticket page on frontend, this page doesn’t have the ticket name as a page title.
The page title actually is “Page Title”. Why?

    Hi:

I see the page title in the tabs when I pull up a ticket on the front-end. Where are you not seeing the page title?

    Thanks.
