page title of search results from search.php

I am making a custom theme; doing okay so far and am now up to the search results.

Apparently, and I’ve searched here but could not find anything about this, normal WP behavior puts the search terms as the page title in the browser window for search results. I think that looks weird and would like just “Search Results” up there. I’ve checked the template hierarchy docs section; it covers mostly making a custom search page, and that’s not what I’m doing. I just want the regular ol’ search results to have a consistent page title.

Is this part of the WP system files rather than something I can alter in themes files?
