Page Title not showing on home page

  • I am using the SEO plug in and have changed all page titles for my pages. The new page titles are showing on all pages but not for my home page. The page title showing for my home page is my website name.

    How do I change that to pick up the title tag I put in instead?

    its the all in one seo pack which allows me to put in a page title, meta keywords and meta description for each of my pages.

    Can anyone assist me with my query? The page title for my home page cannot be customised. Does anyone have an answer to this issue?

    having the same problem after i updated seo plugin.

    How are you showing your home page, is it a custom home page like home.php or is it just index.php?

    Look in header.php and paste in here what the code is between

    <title> some code... </title>

    You can change the home title from Settings –> All in One SEO

    I am not sure if you have noticed this or not. If you are doing this correct, then try deactivating and again activating the plugin..
