Page title bar sometomes visible

  • Hi.

    I seem to have a problem on some pages. The page title bar (in green with white text) is only visible on some pages. It appears on half the pages, but is not visible on the other half.

    This is between the Site title/menu and the body of the article. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong.
