Page Title Background Image not Responsive

Hi guys,
My page title background image is completely slowing my LCP Largest Contentful Paint element on PageSpeed Insights.
I don’t think I have it set up properly, or maybe the image is too large. The image I am using is 1200 x 600px.
On mobile it doesn’t shrink, it crops it massively and I think this might be part of the problem. I’ve tried optimization’s techniques but nothing is working for me.
