Page Theme

I activate the page theme plugin, then go to the settings click on the radio button for page theme in admin panel which turns on the plugin, make a new page, publisch it, then set the theme for it in the page option of my dashboard, but when I go to the front end to check it out, it is using the default theme rather than the new theme, here check it out, my site is https://www.dreamsoffreedom.us the frontpage is set for AutoFocus, and the forum page is set for veryplaintxt. Should I downgrade my site and go with wordpress 3.1 to make this plugin work? I am currently using 3.1.1
