Page that handle redirect of external link

Hi folks, first sorrry for my bad english. i just wanna ask about plugin wordpress. is there any plugin that handle external links. for example : when i click in www.remarpro.com link from my site it will direct to internal page which tell me (the one who click www.remarpro.com link) that i’m gonna left the site and redirect to wordpress site or click cancel to return into mys site.
