Page templates like Canvas gone

I’m not sure what “Canvas option” means. I’ll need several more details. Please indicates the steps you are taking, where I can find the ‘canvas option,’ and if possible a support url/hash.

With Redux installed, Pages had additional options under “Templates” such as (can’t remember exactly, since it’s gone now): Full Width and Redux Canvas (which had no header and footer). Since the latest update, these are gone and my pages on sites that relied on it now show the full site template header and footer and sidebar around the Page content.

The name of theme theme? I assume your using Gutenberg? I need to be able to recreate this on my side (and why I asked for the support hash).

We were having problems with the Redux templates metabox popping up on post types where it was breaking existing functionality, so now that particular metabox only loads when the block editor is loaded, that is, when Gutenberg is enabled.

Using Gutenberg enabled, yes, and with the Herald theme by Meks (which I think installed Redux slyly at some point, but I’ve loved using it).

That’s a premium theme I don’t have access to. I looked at the demo on their website. They are still using 4.1.27. I may need temporary admin access to your website to debug it. I messaged you on slack. Ping me back there.
