    Hi again,
I don’t understand all the the page templates and sidebars.

There are the Theme Settings > Layout Settings (Left Sidebar, Right Sidebar, One Column, Three Columns, Four Columns, Grid Layout). I don’t see the differences when I activate one or an other. Where should I look?

For the page I can chose from 4 different templates. When using “Page with Right Sidebar” the pages content takes 1/3rd of the screen, the “posts and pages sidebar” widget area an other 3rd and then there is white. This does not seem right. Should I use the last 3rd somehow ?

When is the “third column sidebar” widget area visible?

    Thanks in advance for enlightenment.

I’ll answer myself: “Layout Settings” are only affecting posts, not pages.
Would have been nice to mention that somewhere :/

    Hello @lorelore,

Layout Settings only affects on post layout not on pages, for page there are three layout right sidebar, left sidebar and full width.

Add new page >> Add title, discription, image and select page template ex: “Right Sidebar” publish it. also you have to add widgets in Post and page sidebar >> Go to dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> add widgets, it will display on your page.

Third column sidebar area only visible on post “Three Columns”.

Please let us know if you need any kind of help.

    Thanks..
