Page templates and adding widgets.

I’m using a bought theme and I wish to have a different rss feed in each page sidebar, so I think the best option is to create different page templates.

I have created a page template called Landlord Zone. I am able to create a page and use this template, but when I go to the widgets section to add a feed, only the (original) Page Sidebar template is there, not the new template I created.

What step have I missed?

How do I add widgets to the newly created page template?
